We received the order Oct. 20th I took half tsp Lions Mane and half tsp. of Turkey Tail, for almost two weeks within that time I developed loose dark stool, cramps and one occasion blood in bowl, did not feel great. I have stopped the Turkey Tail and continued with half tsp of Lions Mane stool is better now but constipated working on that with Metamucil. May try the Turkey Tail again in a couple of weeks giving the LM a chance.
The only prescription I take is a water pill. My boyfriend is taking the Cordyceps with no side effects. Any suggestions for me would be greatly appreciated thanks Bonnie
